Conditional Love

This was exactly the type of book that I love - every quintessential chick lit element that you always hope for in a book was there! It was a true pleasure to read about Sophie and her exploits and not only because I love everything English but that was definitely a huge plus for me. I started this book and truly did not want to put it down as I fell in love with the characters immediately. I dare even say it was like falling in love with chick lit all over again. And I love the book cover so much as it is a picture I would frame and put on my wall without hesitation. I cannot wait for her next title to come out and am definitely going to add both to my favorites collection.

The New Ever After

I first discovered Julie Farley less than a year ago but I immediately fell in love with her writing with Tripped Up Love so I was really excited to read this next installment in the series. And of course she completely delivered. I completely loved hearing about how the lives of Heather & Peter evolved - it almost felt like I was hearing about what was going on with close friends. For anyone who wants to read a great story about real characters who will make you both laugh and cry, I would totally recommend these books!

Julie Farley is the author of Tripped Up Love and The New Ever After.  She lives in Richmond, VA with her husband, four rarely quiet children and her 50 pound lap dog. Juliespends her days writing and teaching preschool. She chronicles her adventures on her blog atjuliefarley.com and is working on the next book in The New Ever After Series.

When Girlfriends Take Chances

I have been a fan of Savannah's writing since I read When Girlfriends Chase Dreams last year, so I was super excited to read this latest installment. I have to say that I definitely wasn't disappointed and basically gobbled this book up as it was so addictive. For anyone who wants a great chick lit read, the story of Emily is definitely one you will want to read (and you will want to pick up her other books as well!) The story definitely inspired me to take my own chances.

Savannah Page is the author of the continuing When Girlfriends collection, heartfelt women's fiction that celebrates friendship, love, and life sprinkled with drama and humor. When she isn’t writing, Savannah enjoys a good book with a latte and jazz tunes, Pilates, and exploring her home of Berlin as an American expat. Currently she's working on the seventh and final When Girlfriends novel, and is cooking up something delicious for her next series.
