I enjoyed this book as the story had many inspiring moments but I almost couldn't believe all of the hardships that Jill went through in such a short period of time. Though I suppose one could believe it as the old saying goes, 'When it rains, it pours.' Jill was a character in transition and who really came into her own after dealing with many difficult and heartbreaking events. I almost feel like there was not quite enough detail in the second half of the book compared to the first which seemed more drawn out. I did enjoy the story and her ultimate triumph over everything that happened.
